Justice Rilwan Aikawa of a Federal High Court Lagos, after listening to argument of Kemi Pinheiro (SAN), an AMCON lawyer, has sustained an interim order earlier granted to the Asset Management Corporation of Nigeria (AMCON) for the seizure of Jimoh Ibrahim valued properties for an alleged debt of N69.4billion.
