It was gathered Magistrate Ibrahim Mohammed angrily ordered the arrest of a lawyer, Barrister Eburu Ekwe Barth, whose action he considered as contempt of the court. The said lawyer was handcuffed and sentenced to prison for 2 months for interrupting and challenging the Magistrate when he was giving a ruling.
