Home Crime Hunters SENSELESS KILLINGS: Nigerians react

by basklifenews

The senseless killings of Ahmed Gulak in Owerri, Imo State, and Godswill Obioma (NECO Registrar) in Minna, Niger State, have generated unhealthy reactions among Nigerians.

According to OzoNnaNyereNwa,

“Ahmed Gulak was killed on Sunday and within 2 hours, Bashir has made a tweet threatening fire and brimstone, Atiku also made a tweet condemning it in totality. Godswill Obioma, NECO Registrar was murdered in his sleep early this morning.

“Let’s set stop watch for Atiku & Bashir”

Similar to that, Kossy Derrick noted that “Professor Godswill Obioma of NECO has been assassinated in Minna, Niger State. A day after the Gulak assassination in Imo.

“Should we give the North an ultimatum to produce his killers?

“Would the police go after and kill them too?”

No matter the reasons that could have caused the assassination of these prominent Nigerians, assassination is heinous and must be condemned.

Instead of all these killings everywhere, Nigeria govt should decide on how the leadership is to be handled rotational among the three ethnic groups ie Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba, for a better Nigeria and stop tribalism, let there be equal right, otherwise Nigeria should give way for the biafrans to be independent, the country is too porous to stay.
