The investigation on the cause of the helicopter crash that killed the former basketball superstar Kobe Bryant, his daughter, and seven other people that accompanied them have been concluded.
The investigators revealed that human error caused the crash. They said that the pilot, in violation of US federal rules, flew into the clouds, which resulted to the crash.
