BILL TO LEGALIZE NACORTICS IN NORWAY: The government of Norway plans

The government of Norway has proposed a bill with the purpose of legalizing the possession and use of small quantities of narcotics drugs. When the bill is passed, it is expected to make the usage of narcotics non-punishable act. The Health Minister, Bent Hoie, said that “they are still forbidden, but no longer punishable.”  Years of suppression “have taught us that punishment doesn’t work. On the contrary, punishment can make things worse,” said Guri Melby, Norway’s Education Minister.
