Justice Fred Njemanze of the Imo State High Court, Owerri, Imo State, after an application of Louis Alozie on behalf of the Imo state government, ordered that all the properties illegally acquired by Senator Rochas Okorocha when he was the governor of Imo State be forfeited temporally.
