SOLEMN OATH FROM A CRIME-FIGHTER: “At the end of my tenure I will leave EFCC a better place” vows Bawa

The Nigerian President, Muhammadu Buhari yesterday jointly held a closed-door meeting with the new Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa, and Attorney-General of the Federation (AGF), Abubakar Malami, likely to foster tranquility and corporation between the offices of EFCC and AGF that was allegedly lacking during the previous administrations.

Abdulrasheed Bawa was confirmed as the new Chairman of EFCC by the Senate on Wednesday, 24th February, 2021, after he assured Nigerians that he would make EFCC a better place.
