The wife of the Anambra State governor, Dr. Mrs. Ebelechukwu Obiano (Osodieme), through her charity project, Caring Family Enhancement Initiative (CAFE), has basked the lives of some physically challenged Anambranians that lost arms and legs, by giving more than 250 of them free prosthetics at Prof Dora Akunyili Women Development Centre, Awka.
