Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State has said “I am from Southern part of Nigeria. I will be happy if power returns to the South, but if PDP will win the 2023 presidential election by zoning the presidential ticket to the North, I will not be opposed to it.”
This goes to support Igbo’s fear that plans are being hatched to deny them the presidential ticket of the Peoples Democratic Party in 2023. We should bear in mind that governor Wike has an overwhelming influence on the PDP.
